Why this blog?

For many years, I have been asked to write a book or collaborate on articles that present the human resources profession as a valuable part of a business.  With today’s technology, I realized that I could help a lot of human resources and operations professional by sharing my thoughts regarding proven human capital strategies and practices.   

So, my plan is to write and share many innovative ways to use human capital practices to engage the workforce to really impact the success of business.  I am going to write about human capital, employee engagement, rewards, performance management and leadership.
